More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further images released as part of the continuing oversight release.
